Our policies
Read these before you book. They all start from the same place: you are covered, you choose, and you can stop.
Undressing and draping
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time. Only the part we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on. Undress only as far as you are comfortable, and we work around whatever you keep on.
Pressure, consent and stopping
Before we start we ask about pressure and any area to leave alone, and we check as we go. Lighter or firmer, just say. You can pause, change position or end the session at any time, and we stop right away.
Before your visit
Drink some water and eat lightly an hour or two before. Warm the room a little and clear a floor about the size of a single bed. Wear whatever is comfortable. A shower first is welcome after a long day outside, but it is never required.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, or have a health concern you are unsure about, ask your doctor before you book, and tell your therapist how far along you are. We are not medical providers and we do not diagnose; we may suggest you check with a doctor first.
Booking and deposits
Choose a length, a day and an address when you book, and we confirm by text or email. A single visit in Jackson Hole takes no deposit. A group, a crew day or a visit over a pass takes one to hold the time, and it goes toward your session. You see the amount before you confirm.
Canceling and running late
Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel a visit, since we hold your time and the drive. If a storm closes a pass or a road, we move your visit. If you are running late we shorten the session, so the next visit still starts on time.
If you miss an appointment
If no one answers the door and we cannot reach you, the visit counts as missed and any deposit is kept. Call or text first and we will find another day.
Children and companions
Massage is for adults. A child or a companion can be in the house but not in the room during a session.
If you're not happy
If a session was not right, tell us within a few days and we will make it right.
Tipping
Tipping is optional and always welcome. Add it when you pay, or hand it to your therapist at the door.
