After the trail
A table waiting when you get down
You do the miles. We bring the table to the rental, the lodge or the cabin, so the evening after the trail is already booked.
Most trail-day visits are legs and feet, thirty or forty-five minutes, before dinner. Tell us which trails you walked and which part you would like more time on, and your therapist plans the hour around it.
Legs and feet, a 30-minute session

Planning a visit
Before you walk out the door
Book the evening first
Summer evenings fill early. Pick a length when you book your trip, and we hold the time.
Tell us where you're staying
A rental, a lodge room or a cabin all work. Tell us about stairs and where to park.
Name the place to spend time
The calves, the hips or the shoulders under the pack: say it when you book and again at the door.
For people just off the trail
Can I book for the same evening?
Sometimes. Call or text us in the afternoon and we will tell you if a time is open.
Should I shower first?
It is welcome after a long day, but it is never required. We work covered by a sheet either way.
How long should I book?
Thirty minutes covers the legs and the feet. Forty-five adds the hips, and sixty is a full session.
