First visit
Nothing to prepare except a room
Book a length and a day. The rest happens at your door.
A first visit is a conversation, a table and a sheet. We keep health details out of messages and emails, so if something matters for your session, tell your therapist at the door.

From booking to the last stroke
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a length, a day and an address on the booking page. We confirm by text or email, and tell you the window we will arrive in.
- 02
Step 2: We arrive and set up
We park, carry the table in and make it up in the room you chose, then step out while you get on the table.
- 03
Step 3: What to expect
We ask about pressure and any area to leave alone, and tell you how you will be covered. Then the session: lighter or firmer, whenever you say, and we stop when you ask.
- 04
Step 4: We pack up
Take your time getting up. We fold the table, take the linens and leave the room as we found it. Book the next visit whenever you like.
Good to know
What to wear, what is covered, who should ask first
What to wear
Whatever is comfortable. Undress only as far as you like, and we work around whatever you keep on.
What is covered
You are covered by a sheet or towel the whole time, and only the part we are working on is uncovered.
Who should ask first
If you are pregnant or unwell, ask your doctor before booking, and tell your therapist how far along you are.
Choose a time for your first visit.
Summer, winter and shoulder-season hours are on the home page.
